The mission of the AMC is to identify the appropriate standards for surface maintenance of fire access-ways on Upper Captiva, to identify the costs required to bring each of those fire access-ways to that standard, and to make recommendations to the UCFRD Board of Commissioners on a year-by-year prioritization of that work at public-noticed weekly meetings.
